Domestic standard delivery orders are posted via Royal mail Tracked 48. This normally takes 2 working days to arrive.
Domestic express delivery orders are posted via Royal mail Tracked 24. This should arrive the next day.
International orders are posted via Royal Mail International Tracked (if available). Delivery time can vary depending on location and customs but will average between 5-12 days.
International orders must provide an email address and phone number for tracking and customs purposes.
We use the IOSS scheme to pay VAT on behalf of the customer for EU customers on orders below €150. This means if your order is less than €150, you have nothing to do and you can just look forward to your order!
If your order is more than €150, the value of VAT will be reduced at checkout. You will receive notification from your country's customs, and you will have to pay VAT and customs charges on import.
